Healthy Recipes

There are good and sure recipes for your health.You need to have a good knowledge of the food you eat each time. You can manage your health through the food you eat. You must however know that not all the food you eat are good for your health. Only 4% of the food you eat is useful for your body. Alternatives or recipes to your health is eating good food and living in an environment where there are less pollution from industrial waste.

A busy environment is not a good recipe for your health. People living in an environment that is very busy get there life shortened due to the air pollution which might be carcinogenic. if possible within your power, stay far from an area where there are industry.

Living a life of stress may however also be a bad recipe for your sound health. Give yourself enough rest. Don't stress yourself unnecessarily.
